Emergencies
Your pet will be treated as soon as possible, on a triage basis, which means cases will be prioritized according to severity of illness. Every effort will be made to assure your pets comfort and safety while awaiting treatment.
We do NOT accept walkins after 11:00am before lunch and not after 3:30pm. If a pet is sick or injured, we strongly encourage you to arrive no later than 3:00pm on any given day. If you do not have an appointment, please allow time to address your needs and see our scheduled appointments.
Symptoms
